I was born in 1993. 1997 was the best year of my life, void of the most danger and knowledge of pain, full of the most learning and development. I would live in this time frame eternally with my unhealthy 90's junk food and Sonic Underground on TV. At a certain point of my adult unconsciousness, I realize there is no future, and nothing I do or any of us do really matters, since 100 years from now, everyone alive today will be dead. This is my favorite song on the album.
I have a huge appreciation for texture, and sonic texture. This record's lo-fi is something so well felt, it's brilliant. I can't get over the one chord structured song, "How I spent my Summer." Heccra
